Acceptable use

You may not use Assistant.bd to violate law, spam recipients, exfiltrate data you don't own, or evade the rate limits and consent controls of connected third-party services.

Account

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity performed by agents you configure. Share workspaces only with people you trust.

Availability

The service is provided during preview without a formal SLA. We will notify workspace owners of scheduled maintenance in advance where practical.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the data, prompts, and outputs you create. We access your data only to operate the service and to respond to your support requests.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination, you may export your workspace data before deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
