What we collect
Account information (email, display name, avatar), workspace configuration you create, connection metadata (never third-party credentials in plain text), agent instructions and task history you generate, and standard server logs.
How we use it
To operate the service, run your agents, deliver security and billing communications, and improve the product. We do not train third-party models on your data.
Subprocessors
See the current list on our Security page. Optional subprocessors (Stripe, Shopify, Firecrawl) are only engaged when a workspace owner enables the corresponding connection.
Retention
Active workspace data is retained while your account is active. On account deletion, workspace data is removed within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
You may export or delete workspace data from the console at any time. Data-protection requests can be sent to privacy@assistant.bd.
